We are 100% confident in our products and sure you will love everything you order from us. However in to enforce your statutory rights as a customer we have explained our returns policy below.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return - free of charge
Items must be clean, unworn, and in all original packaging. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
If conditions above are met, we’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received
To return or exchange your product, send and email to email@example.com with a note stating your order number and reason for return.
Returns outside of UK
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may incur with international shipments. If a package is rejected due to fees not being paid and the package is returned to us with fees to pay they will be deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping costs.
